    Cleanliness and the facilities,also the staff member (James was friendly, helpful and kind to us).

    Their two wine 🍷 glasses were unfortunately broken, but we reported and we were willing to pay but the person we spoke to said it's fine. Around 1/2pm we received a message with the pictures showing us the 2 broken wine 🍷 glasses and the burnt dust bin which we didn't know about it. We suspected that a cleaner threw the hot ashes from the fire we made on Saturday for the braai when cleaning the braai stand and after that claimed that we are the ones who burned it. We explained and the person who sent the message to us, understood but we didn't like that. If we burnt that we were going to report like the way we reported the broken wine 🍷 glasses. The other thing that we were not happy about was the car 🚗 parking.

    Locations was good

    Very dated, poorly furnished and very little cutlery and insufficient bedding
