    A good stay

    Great view, perfect location - near beach, bus station, shops, and restaurants. Easy access to the property.

    The only thing is that the mattresses were too soft, so our backs were aching in the morning.

    Central location, lovely flat.

    The flat was very clean and well looked after. Easy location to the town. Good communication with Jo from the company. Jo also helped arrange our ferry crossing with a welcomed discount. The deposit was refunded the next day after leaving.

    Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee. There were no shampoo or conditioner - not an issue as I always take some. The bed was lovely however small, we are 5ft 8 and your feet touch the bottom. Not the flats issue but the hall to the flat had a musty smell and would look more welcoming if there were a few pictures.

    An ok stay

    Sea view from the living room was great. Flat is a good size for 2 or 3 people.

    Flat is a bit tired, could do with upgrading of furniture and cleaning of the sofas and carpets. Ventnor itself is also very tired now and a bit run down. Not much to do in the evening. Wouldn't return here.
