    Berwick is a great place to visit, and Rocket Rooms is in the heart of it.

    We were very pleased with the accommodation for a number of reasons. Access was simple and convenient. The key was in a lockbox, and the instructions were clear. The flat was much larger than expected, with separate kitchen/eating area, a large en-suite with large walk-in shower etc, and a large standalone bath. With candles. The TV was also large, not measured, but I guess was 60"". The equipment was modern, but easy to use. Heating was excellent and easy to control. The property overlooks the main shopping street, so access to the town is immediate. And it is only a short walk from the train station. We wanted to combine walking with seeing the birdlife. October is a great time to visit for photographing because dawn is 7.30ish and sunset around 6.15, so very convenient. We took a local bus (477) to visit Lindisfarne. That needed a bit of planning as the bus time varies with the tide times - check before you go. There are plenty of eateries within 5 minutes radius, independent shops and bakeries. Five stars for the accommodation, and the same for Berwick.
