    Disappointing stay. Just before check-in, we were told the booked unit had an aircon compressor issue and were moved to another unit at the last minute. The replacement unit was completely different from what we expected. We were also given unit 4-4, which may be uncomfortable for some Chinese guests, especially during Ghost Month. The bathroom floor was very slippery, and water splashed all over the floor, creating a safety concern. Overall, the replacement arrangement and unit condition were not satisfactory.
