A lovely small friendly boutique hotel great for a short break and in a lovely convenient location. Great range of wines. Would like some fruit available at breakfast though.

Hotel is in a great central location. Unfortunately restaurant and bar closed early for the off-season, given mid-March. However local area still had lots of other eatery options, plus hotel was open for a breakfast. My room 5 was single in attic, but dormer window provided great view of bass rock, particularly at sunrise.

No 12 is a good choice for a short stay in attractive North Berwick. It’s centrally located, convenient for beaches, the Seabird centre etc . Service is functional more than polished. My single room serviceable not elegant. Breakfast, included, sets you up for the day.

Loved everything about the hotel. Lovely staff. Would have liked a fresh fruit option for breakfast.
