I would happily return without a second thought
staff, the little details, pantry(!), breakfast, decor, comfort, quietness, the building, location, the thought gone in to the overall experience
car parking (nothing to do with the hotel) restrictions/costs/car park condition

Gorgeous hotel
The staff could do wiith reading the book "unreasonable hospitality" I am 38 weeks pregnant and had a bit of a drama getting to the hotel which I made the staff aware of, I think given this they could have been more helpful. For a 5 star hotel - no-one went beyond the expectations of a premier inn.
