    All in all and excellent choice, we would love to return

    Loved the excellent way in which the building was developed. Bearing in mind this is a loft apartment it was very comfortable.

    Some basic cleaning tools would have been good, for example a sweeping brush and a mop (all hard floors). Also some information about using the heating please!!

    The situation was very quiet with private parking. A very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for shower.

    Great place and would highly recommend it

    The place was in a great location for what we needed, quiet and out the way from the actual city but not to far to walk. Spacious rooms, comfy bed, nothing bad to say about the place really.

    The only one thing is maybe a large full body mirror for when getting ready, but apart from that it was a great place to stay.

    Ideal base camp to explore Sunderland and the coast

    Location, building and overall feel of the place.. I really enjoyed my stay but a few minor additions would take it up to the next level.

    Blinds are bit of a pain and bedroom and bathroom ones have loops broken. A few additional items in the kitchen would make a big difference like large tumbler glasses. Also I would recommend you get a washing up bowl it would mean people use a lot less hot water.
