Great place, would stay again
The place was a great location, so close to the heart of the town. The flat was spacious and so clean and well kept

Fantastic base for Tavistock and Dartmoor
Lovely 1-bed flat - very quiet, nicely decorated, exceptionally clean and well kitted out for our 4-day stay. We had no problems collecting the key from a lockbox with instructions from our host. The bed was comfortable, and our teenager had no complaints about the sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom with shower was spotless - make sure to bring your own shower gel, but plenty of toilet paper was left out for guests. We felt the photos didn't do the place justice, it was larger and more modern than we had expected. Although it is in a busy area of flats, private parking right outside was a huge bonus in Tavistock, and we loved being only a few steps from the high street with its independent coffee shops, restaurants (Taylor's was particularly good), shops and Pannier market for crafts and gifts. An easy 10-minute drive on to Dartmoor meant this was a perfect base for us, and we will happily stay here again.
We had booked for 3 people but there was no bedding left out for our teenager on the sofa bed - fortunately we found the "spares" cupboard with extra bedding and didn't have to bother our host.

Very convenient for amenities, lovely and cool during a heatwave, parking right outside
Although flat was nice and clean the oven needed cleaning ( we didn't use it) Also washing machine was full of moldy washing

Enjoyable stay with great access to Tavistock town centre.
Excellent location just a few minutes walk from town centre...restaurants, shops, pubs etc. Well appointed apartment with handy parking space right outside.
Living room would benefit from a larger dining table with perhaps a small coffee table.
