    A great venue for a family get-together!

    Easy to contact the helpful landlord who gave good advice. Security of private estate. On-site parking. Well equipped and appointed kitchen. Kitchen balcony Friendly neighbours Close to impressive nature reserves

    1. Parking spaces being taken up by contractors equipment on site 2. Furniture in hallway had fallen apart 3. Toilet seats not fitted properly and were at an angle 4. Some renters may find it overpriced

    Lovely beachside holiday house for a family.

    Very close to the beach, pebbly but sand when the tide is out. Just a short drive from the lovely sandy, West Wittering. Great space on multiple levels which met our family needs. Family friendly with a few books and toys. 2 balcony areas, one sunny in the morning, the other sunny in the afternoon. Shower outside the front door very useful to remove sand.

    Constant hum of the boiler in the top bedroom - similar to white noise machine. Impossible to move about quietly - once children up at 5.30, whole house was awake. However, this was a great holiday house

    Lovely spacious property in a fantastic location. Communication and pre-visit info really clear.

    Fantastic location, easy access to the beach, free parking, lots of space including outdoor spaces, great for multi-generation visitors, beautifully decorated and well equipped . 3 bathrooms

    Currently some building work going on outside the property but we were informed in advance and it didn’t really impact us too much as work was only on one day. Could do with some new pillows.
