    Confort et assurance

    Logement froid, eau chaude disponible pour 2 petites douches mais logement réservé pour 4 Le portail de l’immeuble s est refermé sur ma voiture car le capteur de présence ne marche pas) La propriétaire refuse de communiquer le contact de son assurance (ou de celle de l immeuble) pour que je puisse faire une déclaration et demander le remboursement des réparations sur ma voiture Pire encore elle me demande de prendre en compte des réparations sur le portail !!! Logement à fuir pour le confort et la propriétaire qui refuse d assumer

    Location was excellent. Owner was very interactive, responsive and helpful. Complex was well maintained and in good condition. Full DSTV bouquet. Multitude of restaurants and shopping.

    Some furnishings in lounge can be upgraded.

    Es war eine überteuerte, riesen Enttäuschung, nie wieder, absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

    Die Lage

    Dreckige Teppiche, alles veraltet, kaputte, verschimmelte Dusche, Mäusekot auf dem Balkon, tote Ratte im Flur, kein Insektenschutz ohne Klimaanlage keine frische Luft möglich,Zimmer voller Mücken ,Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wohnung
