Would be happy to stay there again.
Property has a nice size. 1.5 bathrooms, handy for 3+ people. Warm apartment (was very important- it was cold outside). Well insulated - double pane windows. Backyard. Fresh air.

All in all a very nice stay
Very convenient for a trip into Durham either in the car or on the bus. Property was comfortable with basic amenities.
The crockery and glassware was not very clean and we had to wash most things before we used them. Also just a few more tiny things like hooks in the bathroom for towels, side tables in the lounge would make the space more homey and functional.
