    wir waren angenehm überrascht - Frühstück war sehr gut - alles sehr sauber. Die Inhaber waren extrem freundlich und hilfbereit egal bei was. Hoffe wir können wieder einmal dort zu Gast sein.

    Excellent location at a spotlessly clean property!

    We stayed here for two nights as a couple which was our second stay here. Again, we weren't disappointed at all. It is the most spotlessly clean property in all areas with a lovely hot breakfast provided. Attention to detail with little touches such as a large bottle of water provided in your room and tea/coffee is nice. We stayed in the king sized room which is very spacious, has a comfortable bed/pillows and is very light & airy. The property has an excellent location in Llandudno with easy access to shops,bars & restaurants which are located around the corner. Mandy & Dave are excellent hosts & we would definitely recommend the property to anyone who is thinking of booking it. This will always be our first choice now when staying in Llandudno.
