    Lovely stay in Devon. The flat is lovely with easy parking options. The walk into the centre was longer than expected. G

    Comfy and peaceful stay.

    The patio/outside area could do with some TLC.

    Wouldn’t stay there again and main road really noisy

    The space

    Such a shame found the property very dirty, the garden hadn’t been swept for ages all debris on floor and plants dead and brown. The bathroom could do with a good clean as could the kitchen especially the kettle.

    Disappointed

    The bed was comfortable and the bedding appears clean.

    The property had a very poor standard of repair and cleanliness. The curb appearance was uninviting with the wall knocked down and a very shabby front door. The garden furniture was rusty in a small space over grown with weeds. The kitchen equipment was rusty & greasy and needed washing before any attempts to use it could be made. Items were broken such as the drainer, plates & floor tiles. The microwave was rusted & flaking. The tiles behind the hob top had previous guests cooking splashes on them. The bathroom had cobwebs, mould and broken tiles with poor decoration. The TV in the bedroom did not work and the carpet was stained. The heating was disconnected and unusable. Furniture was broken & the electrics were exposed on light fittings.
