    Musty smell throughout the house. Needing a good clean, walls and selling, outside unruly. On a positive note. We all had a wonderful peaceful sleep and a nice quiet street.

    Sub Par Property

    The location was handy. It was comfortable. Communication and ease of getting into the property was good.

    The property is very overgrown and actually looks neglected. The cleanliness was average. A mushroom growing in the bathroom was indicative of a subpar standard of cleanliness. The photos of the property do not match with the reality of the property and lack of maintenance. To have someone arrive at the property minutes before the 10am check out felt pretty rude on the final day. Fine, but possibly could turn up at 10.05 if need be instead.
