    Lovely and personalised

    Olive is extremely attentive and well informed, and can help in planning your day. As far as breakfast is concerned, she is fairly flexible with regard to your request. This makes for a very personalised stay.

    Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in Stornoway und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Host war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und hat sich sehr bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm und unvergesslich wie möglich zu machen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau das, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt auf der Isle of Lewis gesucht haben. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die wunderschöne Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die vielen kleinen Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben. Wir haben die Zeit auf Lewis sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung – wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen! 🌿🏡

    La anfitriona es encantadora. En todo momento está atenta a tus necesidades, la casa estaba muy limpia y el desayuno que nos hizo fabuloso. Totalmente recomendable.

    Great breakfast (my friend says, it was the best during our whole trip) incl. fresh fruit, salami, cheese and typical Scottish dish which as served in a breakfast room just for us. Olive was a great host. She was friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. She provided us with a large thermo flask for tea or coffee for our day trip. She advised to take drinks with us as the island is sparsely populated and there are very few shops or cafés along the way.

    Like staying at your favourite grans house.

    The location is perfect for walking into town. Olive is a host you rarely experience. She’s so warm and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was superb with plenty of it too. The room was big even had a sofa in it for watching tv. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We slept very well during our stay.

    Nothing. Genuinely can’t fault the place.
