  Wir kommen gerne wieder

  Wir waren sehr froh diese geräumige, preiswerte Unterkunft mit einem privaten, abgesicherten Parkplatz, in Opatija zu finden. Diese Stadt mit seinem gut eingerichteten Strand ist als einst beliebteste Kurort für den Adel der österreichisch-ungarischen Monarchie und viele prominenten Personen bekannt. Die ganz nette Besitzerin hat auf uns in der Unterkunft gewartet und die Klimaanlage angemacht. Das hat uns nach einer langen Fahrt bei der Hitze sehr gefreut. Die Wohnung wurde frisch gestrichen. Sie war sehr sauber, die Betten mit frischen Bettwäschen bezogen. Die Küche enthielt alles, was nötig war. Das Bad war sehr sauber und geräumig. Drei Schlafzimmer: eins mit dem Ehebett und zwei mit den Einzelbetten baten genug Platz und Privatsphäre für die ganze Familie. Es gab genügend Schränke für die eigenen Sachen. Jedes Zimmer und das Bad sind mindestens mit einem Fenster ausgestattet. Die Dachfenster baten tagsüber einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und nachts auf den Sternenhimmel. Bis zum Strand läuft man ca. 10 Minuten den Berg hinunter. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Lebensmittelläden, Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat eine ziemlich ruhige Lage und mit zwei Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Im Haus wohnen zwei süßen, verschmusten Katzen 🐱 🐱, die man füttern darf. Die Besitzerin war bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar.

  Einmal ist das Internet ausgefallen. Aber die Besitzerin hat schnell reagiert und das Problem behoben.

  Unacceptable condition, lack of hygiene, and dynamic misrepresentation.

  The single advantage of this property is its location close to the center of Opatija, and the fact that it includes a parking space in the courtyard.

  Our experience with the host's behavior and the condition of this apartment was completely unacceptable. On the day of our arrival, the host called to inform us that she could not meet us because she was called into work. She completely failed to mention that the apartment had no internet, no TV network, and a broken front door lock - amenities that were clearly advertised on Booking.com. It was not until the third evening that she finally showed up just to collect our details for guest registration. The entrance door could not be locked. The host did not bother to fix it, so I had to personally repair the lock mechanism myself just so we could secure the apartment and feel safe. The apartment was in the middle of an unfinished paint job. Painter's tape was still hanging from the corners between the walls and the ceiling. Cobwebs were everywhere. The apartment was completely uncleaned and unprepared for guests. The floors were filthy—walking across the room twice was enough to turn your socks and feet completely black. Under the beds and behind the cabinets, we found dirty laundry (underwear and socks) left behind by previous tenants. There was no vacuum cleaner, mop, or any cleaning supplies provided to fix this ourselves. The staircase leading to the apartment was also covered in dirt, human hair, and cat fur. For the first two days, we had absolutely no internet or TV network. Only after we sent her a WhatsApp message did she finally bring a SIM card for the router on the evening of our second day, just so we could have basic internet access. Furthermore, the kitchen lacked standard utensils and didn't even have knives. The apartment has no terrace and no actual view of the sea. Since it is located on the top floor directly under the roof, it only has three skylights. These windows get so intensely hot from the sun during the day that it is physically impossible to stand near them to look outside.

  Sladak apartman, ima sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Parking dostupan u dvoristu kuce uz nadoplatu. Lokacija odlicna- ugodnom setnjom kroz park ste odmah na plazi i setnici uz mnostvo restorana i kafica. Domacini jako ljubazni.
