    ⭐ 1 star – Terrible experience, would not recommend!

    We had such a terrible experience at this hotel that we had to leave just 20 minutes after checking in. The room was incredibly noisy, whether the windows were open or closed. We could hear everything happening in the street, making it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a market, which made the noise even worse. On top of that, the location felt very unsafe. When we arrived, there were police officers at the hotel, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. We asked the staff if we could change rooms, but they told us it wasn’t possible. When we explained that we felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave, the staff showed absolutely no concern or willingness to help. They simply didn’t seem to care about our situation at all. Having to leave a hotel after just 20 minutes is unacceptable. Between the unbearable noise, the uncomfortable feeling about the location, and the completely unhelpful staff, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and comfortable stay. Save your money and look elsewhere!
