Buen ubicado pero mal mantenimiento
La localización es lo mejor que tiene
Para el dinero que pagas está poco cuidado, el baño de matrimonio tiene la puerta para cambiar del agua que la llega de la ducha, el desagüe de la ducha es un peligro suelto, se ve la tubería y el grifo de la pica, no tiene ni atomizador. Es algo básico.

Fácil y de calidad. Tanto en precio como en instalaciones.
La limpieza y la ubicación relacionados con el precio. Por fin un buen alojamiento donde el precio sea razonable y puedas viajar tranquila.
Quizás agua y café en el piso estaría bien, íbamos por trabajo y no tuvimos tiempo de comprar esas cosas, nos ayudaría que estuvieran allí.

The flat is spacious and nicely furnished. Best of all is the location in a quiet street (save for the Saturday night revellers but two out of three bedrooms are truly quiet anyway) in the middle of lively and well-connected La Latina.
There were zero cooking ingredients in the flat - no salt, no pepper, no oil, no vinegar. Providing these basics has been standard in all of my recent rentals. ONE dishwasher tab for 5 days is also ridiculously stingy.
