Bonita casa, muy linda y cómoda. Camas muy cómodas y cerca del centro. No le falta detalle y el equipamiento de la cocina, excepcional. Las habitaciones con baños independientes Totalmente recomendable. Ha sido como estar en casa
los jardines y terrazas podían estar más cuidados para poderlos disfrutar.

Great location nice size apartment. Good value at the time of our stay.
Annoyed by the requirement to pay $25. to check in 1 hour early (just to be emailed a code) to a previously unoccupied apartment, that set a bad vibe. We are on a 12 week travel and this is the only location that has not allowed an earlier check in. The WIFI code was not in the unit and required us to call and leave a message to access it. The apartment has many leaking areas, despite the rain at the time, there are many areas with prior bad water damage, not a new issue. This caused the front door to not operate properly. When we arrived we alerted company that the 1st floor bathroom had standing water (this was not due to a leak but from water seeping up from the floor) and we sent photos concerning the cleanliness of the apartment, hairs on the floor, glass top tables dirty and clearly not wiped, crud on the kitchen floor. (we left the apartment cleaner then when we arrived) Their initial response was not helpful:( Later they offered to clean an tend to the water issue. NOTE there is not adequate hot water to provide 1 quick shower. We did extended our stay due to lack of better options and not desiring to packup and move to a new location. They did provide us with 1 nite free. We stayed a total of 18 nites. That said, upon request for a change of towels and sheets, that we offered to change ourselves, they required a $40 fee. In the end, the nickel and diming is offsetting. The cleanliness was less then average.
