Fantastic location, beautifull beach is 3 minutes walking far away. Appartment is perfectly equiped, with great terrace, nice and clean. Owner is very kind, always ready to advice and help. He did a special favour to us and allowed very early check in. City bus station for direct drive to the downtown is 30 meter away. Building has a nice pool which photo is added here
In general we were very satisfied. Don't have any objection.

Perfect !
Appartement tout simplement fabuleux. Pour 4 nous étions ravis. Une vue splendide sur la piscine, le port et la mer ! Aitor était à notre service à tout moment ! Nous avons apprécié nous baigner dans la piscine jusqu'à 22h30 ! Je recommande à 100%.
Le parking est un peu étroit. Ne pas prévoir une voiture trop large. Juste un peu de temps d'adaptation entre les différents codes d'entrées parking, portes mais rapidement assimilé.

Falls wir wieder einmal nach Valencia kommen ist das die erste Adresse die wir anfragen werden!
Sehr, sehr gute Betreuung durch Aitor! Die Küche ist super eingerichtet -> es fehlt an nichts! Wir haben auf dem zur Verfügung stehenden Padelplatz zum ersten Mal Padel gespielt! Hat unglaublich Spaß gemacht.
