Bad location with no food or stores near by
Beautiful surrounding and nice pool.
No food or stores in area. Room service will charge double listed price. Once we finally order food, guards at gate kept food and never delivered it even though we paid for it.

The environment is very tropical plants and everything, very nice. House is big and price is cheap
WiFi is really bad, keep disconnecting. No beach sunbeds on the private beach. No shampoo and shower gel in one of the bathroom upstairs. Laundry hanger is so small

SCAM*** This place is a SCAM. Its NOT a beach front villa and it does not have a private pool. Its also more like a retirement village, not a holiday resort. There's also no restaurants either. The description is misleading and outright a SCAM. Good luck asking for refund. I have messages and photos of the owner admitting its not a beach front property and that there is no private pool. Yet thats what the description says on booking. Ive reported to bookings.com but they failed to remove them as of yet. DO NOT BOOK! They also tell yoy to be quiet after 8pm!!! Complete SCAM. Not suitable for Holidays!
