Location is perfect
Location, clean room ana owner were perfect.
The bed had a soft matres and its not comfi. Apartment should be updated. Kitchenet is small and not practical, bathroom too. There was a hole at bathroom where mosqito enter the room. No isolation between rooms, you can hear nexr room actions.

Not good value for money
the sea view was lovely and the lady who greeted us (owner) was friendly
The room was old, the bathroom tiny and the door to the bathroom did not close properly. We had to buy 15 euros worth of food/drinks each to use the sun beds which was annoying when we paid to stay there.
