  Stunning mountain views, but severely compromised by noise and maintenance issues

  Beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. Great local restaurants within short walking distance. The designated parking is much closer in reality than it appears on the map. Thoughtful starter supplies provided (dishwasher tabs, sponge, dish soap, paper towels, salt, pepper, sugar).

  Bed safety & bedding: The bed frame was so wobbly that it felt dangerous to sleep on; I had to rearrange the room and put the mattress directly on the floor. Also, using a top sheet under a heavy blanket instead of a proper duvet cover feels outdated and unhygienic. Noise and heat: The flat sits right by a bend where cars, trucks, and loud motorcycles constantly accelerate. Opening a window at night is impossible due to the street noise. Because of this, the apartment gets uncomfortably hot (even with mild 23°C weather outside), made worse by a broken stove extractor fan when cooking. Maintenance defects: The kitchen extractor hood does not work, the stove kettle whistle is broken, the toilet bowl wobbles on the floor, and the door locks (both downstairs and to the flat) stick badly and are a struggle to open. Missing essentials: Zero towel hooks in the bathroom, no pot lids in the kitchen, and very few utensils (only three forks), forcing you to wash dishes by hand despite having a dishwasher. Cleanliness: Needs a deeper clean, especially around the exposed wooden ceiling beams where dust has accumulated. Below are my responses to the owner's foolish reply. Your response shows that you don't even know which property you're writing about. It was possible to put the mattress on the floor and stand the bed upright against the wall. There was a kettle, but the whistle didn't work. There were three forks available. A towel radiator? Don't be ridiculous—you can't hang anything on it. Your comment is inappropriate and baffling.

  Fantastico

  Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort. Situato nel cuore del paesino di Pieve di Cadore, è una base perfetta per visitare tutte le località circostanti. Nelle vicinanze tutto disponibile, tra supermarket, negozi di souvenir, bar, ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi Se un giorno dovessi ritornare sceglierò nuovamente questo monolocale.

  È sempre tutto migliorabile, ma questo è una chicca😉

  Locale pulito e accogliente Strategico per gli spostamenti ai luoghi d'interesse.

  Non sono riuscito a connettermi alla linea wifi e mancavano una scopa e una paletta.
