  Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this property. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service that any hotel should provide.

  Our three-night stay at Nonnalena Boutique Hotel was an absolute disappointment. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property. First, the bathroom was in terrible condition. The toilet seat was completely broken and kept falling off whenever we tried to use it. This made something as basic as using the bathroom extremely uncomfortable and frustrating throughout our stay. We contacted the staff repeatedly through WhatsApp, starting on our first day, but our messages were ignored until we followed up the next afternoon. Eventually, they apologized and claimed they had ordered a replacement toilet seat, but the issue remained unresolved during our stay. The sleeping conditions were equally unacceptable. The mattress had noticeable lumps and uneven areas, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. On top of that, our bedsheets were never changed during our entire three-night stay. We also encountered insects in the bathroom and even in the bedroom, which raised serious concerns about the property’s cleanliness and hygiene. What made everything worse was the lack of communication and professionalism from the staff. We had to chase them just to get a response about basic necessities and maintenance issues. Even after explaining how uncomfortable the situation was, there was no effective resolution. A hotel should at least provide a clean room, a comfortable bed, a functioning toilet, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet even these basic expectations. This was easily one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
