The house was clean and the fact that the house keeping lady comes regularly for cleaning was a bonus point. The property management team were always in touch .. making the stay smooth

The fact that the landscaping upgrades and pool maintenance were done just before our arrival and during our stay was a bit annoying especially considering that I've made this reservation many months ago (almost 5 months) so the team should have had plenty of time to get these things done before the guests are actually in the house. We were told that the weather is not so good to use the pool which also was not so professional, I've made the booking with all the facilities and it's up to me to use or not use the pool and the lawn regardless of the weather conditions. I didn't have any objections on the people maintenance team being there almost everyday of our stay but honestly it wasn't a pleasant experience.
