    Overall, excellent.

    A lovely cottage that was extremely tidy and clean. It was in a lovely location. We really enjoyed our time in Richmond.

    We arrived at 11pm so it was dark. With the info we received, it was not made clear to walk down the lane on arrival. When we did work this out and walked down the lane, you pass a door with no5 on it, we mistook it for the actual address. There is no key box. The actual address is much further down the lane (where there is an obvious keybox). This was not made clear.
