Moderate in relation to the daily rate.

Good location, quick walk to Hastings St

Property was noisy, unit was moderate in term of cleanliness. Traps under sink need cleaning, floors need cleaning, under beds was terrible. Also, it makes a lot of difference if there is small supplies of sugar, oil, sauce, dressings. Supplies that were there were very light on or ie 2 small sachets of sugar. Light on in terms of detergents and they were poor quality. It’s very frustrating if you have to go out and waste money on dishwashing detergents etc when you are only there for a week.
