All windows are dirty, the curtain rod fell right on my child's head when I tried to move the curtains. Crazy. Never

    Location was very good

The apartment had a terrible smell because of the master bedroom in which the water trap was broken. Because of this there was a heavy smell of sewage. We explained the situation to the host and even sent the photo of the broken siphon which had to be replaced. But we were refused because of the holidays. There was an option to send us to the apartment next to the one we stayed in, as it was empty, and we were supposed to stay in it. But it was not cleaned. The management is a mess. Bed linen was dirty, the towels very bad. The windows all face walls or inner yards. There are giant cockroaches at the balconies. The living room is right above a restaurant always busy with people. The kitchen misses utensils: for example, there are only 4 forks, no cutting boards at all, etc.
