Clean, communication with the administration team, location. Apartment pretty new furnished and good bed mattress. Very well equipped.
Most of the apartment rules written on the notices sticked to the walls are common sense ones Some others are ridiculous. For somebody spending few days of holidays, these might be too much! Due to fact the apartment isblocated on a narrow stret, not too much light, especially when you have to close the curtains for privacy.
