    A relaxed 2 day break away from the general hassles of life in a calm comfortable warm friendly place.

    Fantastic place, warm and super cosy in the winter and autumn months .

    A very restful overnight stay in a friendly pub.

    The room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained with a good selection of tea and coffee We were worried that being above rhe bar, the room would be noisy but as there were no events that evening it was perfectly fine.

    Great for the price

    Relaxed feel. Nice pub downstairs with good food options. Lots of people eating, always a good sign. Bed was big and comfy.

    V small TV A bit dated Bathroom floor subsided and very wonky A bit of bother getting the right temperature in the shower

    Generally, decent value for money. Perfectly adequate for one night. Staff helpful & friendly.

    Generally, good value for money. Staff lovely.

    Carpet notably stained, not very pleasant yet easily cleaned. TV is way too small (had an iPad so not personally an issue). Got a choice on booking and chose a double but was given a twin - bit disappointing.
