    Fabulous few nights of family time in a beautiful location and even better the sun shone !

    Perfect location for exploring the East Neuk of Fife and attending a wedding at Fallside Mill . 4 good sized modern bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the property with 2 living areas and a large kitchen . Lovely quiet cul de sac area . Plenty parking spaces . So close to Kingsbarns beach and Sauna which we made use of ! Dog friendly and secure back garden area . Was perfect for our 7 adults and dog !

    Unfortunately the rubbish bins were full and black bags of rubbish outside the property when we arrived . No scope to recycle because of this and the bin area which was covered by a locking gate was a bit smelly. Front door area had lots of bird poo which could have been cleaned for guests arriving and also some rubbish on the front door step . The one other thing was there was not any large pots and pans or pyrex dishes or salad bowls which a property for up to 8 adults guests should have . We didn't let any of this spoil our stay we only mention so these things could be improved for future guests .

    Really enjoyed our stay

    Clean and spacious

    Windows were stiff to open and close. The mechanism needs to be oiled. Had difficulty closing them until I located the release button
