    Lovely comfy base from which to walk the Wall.

    Really lovely and comfortable house in a perfect location for walking Hadrian’s Wall. The sofas were lovely after a long walk. The local pub is lovely and Waitrose easily deliver so it wasn’t a problem having no shops nearby. We loved the hares in the decor - the house is full of touches that make it feel like a home.

    A nice, peaceful, relaxing stay. Lovely house, very well equipped. If walking the wall it makes a nice change from hotels.
