The layout was nice. Decorated very nice. The owners clearly are proud of this unit.
We called for maintenance on Friday when we got there about TV issues. She said a maintenance person would come out. No show. We called Saturday morning. Same issue. She said someone would come out for sure. We waited there all day. Nothing again. We didn't get to explore the city at all For $600, I would expect to have a TV to use. No instructions either. Extremely disappointing The unit needed a chair in the living room. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I used one of the patio chairs and a bar stool for a side table.

We would stay there again. It is close to good restaurants. There is live music there most nights.
The location was very handy. We wrestled there for our daughter's wedding, and it was just a 10 minute drive from the venue where it was being held. The people of White Salmon were very friendly and helpful. The day we checked out, our car battery was dead. My husband called the police dept. to see if there was a shop where we could have our battery checked and charged up. The police chief said he would come and jump our battery. Roland the neighbor next door noticed we we had our hood up and came over and jumped the battery. I told him he would be in our Xmas letter!
It was pitch black when we arrived, and we couldn't find the house on the street and address we were sent. My husband had entered the wrong address onto our GPS. I called the contact number We were given, and a nice contact person texted me a view of the outside of the house. It would have been nice to have that picture along with the picture of the inside of the house.

It would be perfect for those who want to cook in and want to play outside.
The ramp was easy for our older friends to negotiate. The kitchen was well-equipped.
No extra chairs in the living room and no good place to play board games.
