Great location, friendly stuff but infra can be improved.

    Location and staff friendliness

The gas heater was broken and it took a long time to fix (multiple iterations / multiple calls etc) Also pool cleaning must happen before guest checks in. Doing it when guests are in the room requires door to be open and caused a lot of insects to come in

Beautiful stay away from the crowds

Location is secluded and beautiful for anyone who wants to enjoy quiet time away from the crowds. We went in peak rainy weather and enjoyed the misty rainy weather. The food is simply amazing, every single dish we ordered was excellent. Staff is very friendly and responsive to everything you need be it room service or fixing the jacuzzi in your room or anything you ask for.

The bedsheet and pillow covers had some stains - this is something they should fix. They should maybe think of having a gym within the resort, this is something we missed.
