  It was a wonderful place in a good location, we really felt comfortable and enjoyed the privacy it offered.

  Great views from the spacious balcony.

  I can’t really fault anything except that there was no outside light at the front door, or perhaps the bulb was burnt out. In any case it was a slight hazard going in an out at night. My suggestion would be a motion detector light in case a guest forgets and leaves the front door light on.

  La vista dal terrazzo e la disponibilità dell’host sono i due punti di forza, però ci sono cose che si possono sicuramen

  L’appartamento nel complesso è carino, il punto forte è sicuramente il terrazzo molto ampio. L’host molto gentile e disponibile.

  E sicuramente una struttura pensata per due persone, in quattro bisogna tenere il divano letto aperto e questo ruba gran parte dello spazio nella sala/cucina. Il bagno è troppo piccolo (soprattutto il lavandino). Abbiamo avuto problemi con le formiche, che ci hanno fatto sprecare un bel po di cibo purtroppo. La rampa di 4 piani di scale è un po scomoda (scalini stretti e pericolosi).

  Massive Terraced Apartment with Fabulous View & Hosts

  What an unassuming and great apartment with a massive terrace on both sides that you can suntan or eat on and just totally enjoy with a great view to the mountains and to the sea, the apartment itself is very clean, it has a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed awesome air conditioning nice TV and a very functional kitchen with a living area that also has a sofa bed. Yes there are lots of stairs but the balcony and terrace are so worth it especially seeing the sunset from there and having food and wine up there it was just the perfect location to get to all the beaches in Kos, and down the street you have a winery grocery stores and lots of amenities so you're never far from anything the hosts were so wonderful if we come back to Kos I would definitely stay here again. Euxaristw!

  Relax con vista mare

  Struttura isolata, pochi rumori. Ampie verande.

  Il rooftop si trova all’ultimo piano di una struttura molto poco illuminata di sera. Praticamente, se si arriva quando è gia buio, si fa fatica a trovare la scala per salire all’appartamento. Anche il cartello con il nome della struttura è poco visibile

  Io e la mia famiglia (due adulti e una ragazzina) abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo appartamento. Posizione comoda e fuori dal caos, a 15 min di auto dal centro di Kos e a circa 40 dalle spiagge della zona sud. Belli gli spazi esterni molto grandi, ottima pulizia, la casa è dotata di tutto l'indispensabile. Il proprietario è sempre stato in contatto via whatsapp per sapere se andava tutto bene e ci ha anche rifornito di asciugamani puliti durante il soggiorno. Al ns arrivo abbiamo trovato una fornitura di cialde per caffè e di prodotti per la colazione, tutto molto apprezzato. Consigliamo vivamente.

  Non ho particolari note negative, solo il bagno è un po' piccolo. Da tenere presente inoltre che per raggiungere l'appartamento bisogna salire un po' di scale.
