Loved the large windows and views of wooded land front and back. The mattress was comfortable. We arrived at 1am so missed out on the room quite a bit but the staff explained self-check in for after-hours perfectly. We were allowed to stay an extra hour, which we very much appreciated. The location a short walking distance from Santa's village was great for us. The bus stop to the Rovaniemi train station is right around the corner. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The living room TV turned on by itself during the night and the remote control was out of battery. It took quite a bit of time and finesse to figure out how to turn off this TV.
