We had just travelled all the way from Australia, very tried. Just wished for better assistance.

    Location.

We had never used a door code before, someone should have shown us what to do. We didn't know there were no lifts in the building we were staying in.

Location.of the apartmemt is central. The apartment was clean.

There is no elevator. The corridor was narrow. This should be said in the presentation. For elderly people it can be a real issue. There is no sound insulation: you could here the sounds of the people in the corridor Electric lock can be an issue if you do not have an internet connection.
