    Nice stay

    Located close to the Capo Market. A nice apartment and a friendly landlord. We would come again.

    There was noisy construction work going on at the neighboring building.

    Excellent stay in Noviziato14, great room and rooftop terrace in the heart of the Capo.

    i knew the area already and i saw the building before while staying in another place. the building inside is very well decorated and taken care of, with attention to details and nice colors paint for the stairs (tbh a bit narrow) and the rooms. i was surprised by the room that was pretty cozy and nicely furnished (with a semi-modern touch and metal structures to create the bathroom (having foggy glass walls, therefore not granting absolute privacy, in case someone has those type of issues) and the cabinet for clothes and luggage. great idea. beds were the best and the 2 pillows (one harder and one firmer) is a point many hosts should replicate and encourage. LOVED the rooftop terrace. just perfect for my pilates session and hang out. the owner Mirko was super kind and generous, offering us treats also to compensate for the extra noise of the neighbouring building under renovation (noise we barely suffered). very flexible and open communication with Mirko at check in and check out. definitely to go back to or to recommend to friends.

    the stay was excellent. in the sole spirit of potential suggestions for minor improvement to a place already Excellent, i think a small tool to hang out wet towels (or beach towels) in the terrace (on discretely placed in the private balconies) could be a major plus. our fridge was not working perfectly and could have enjoyed a deeper clean/fix, but it wasn't dirty or bed smelling, i think its just a matter of extra maintenance that could be performed (ice part was dripping etc etc). and lastly, for the quality of the place, the incredible comfort, elegance and the coziness already granted by Noviziato14, a slightly newer set of towels would be another major plus and it would match the almost perfect quality of everything else. but to be honest in my stay in sicily this time i found only 1 place with truly new and fluffy towels, so its not an issue.
