We loved the balcony and the location was perfect - couldn’t have been more ideal
The damp smell of the entire place, however this is expected as it is basement flat with no windows. Once opened the back door it was fine and not noticeable

Fantastic destinacion. And the balcony is amazing. The owner is really kind and help every situation.
One bed was broken so two guys slept on the floor. And there was same cockroach. This is a problem the all city and the owner is help really fast. But it not a good experience.

Ci è molto piaciuta la location che con il tram 28 fuori casa ci ha permesso di raggiungere più punti di interesse. Market e bar vicinissimi. Molto gentile la proprietaria che , causa un mio errore di compilazione scheda ospiti, è stata disponibile a mandarci le istruzioni di check in all'una di notte.
Causa assenza di finestre (la soluzione si trova ad un piano interrato ) l'abbiamo trovata un pò claustrofobica diciamo che il caldo dei gg in cui abbiamo soggiornato non ha aiutato. C'è un piccolo ventilatore ma un pò rumoroso. C'è anche un terrazzino che sale al 1 piano ma esposto totalmente al sole e quindi non utilizzato durante la permanenza
