We had a really lovely stay!

The location was perfect for us, we were attending a concert at the Utilita Arena and was less than a 10 minute walk from there.

Good to have on-site restaurant, and sainsbury next door. Also the fridge in the room.

Room quite dark and gloomy, TV difficult to use and volume restrictor so low I couldn't hear it.

Great location , welcome and breakfast.

Location, welcome and good sized room . Also enjoyed breakfast. I liked how the fried and poached eggs were cooked on demand.

A observation. There was a very long-haired supervisor/manager who seemed to appear to check on everything at breakfast , moving utensils, putting lids on hot food containers, moving bread back to a tray. The whole time her hair was loose. All other breakfast staff had hair tied back or in a net. It didn’t seem very hygienic and put me off heading back up to the lovely hot food selection.

    Bed uncomfortable

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice hotel with good breakfast. Room was ideal and clean.

Bed was very uncomfortable as I could feel the springs of the mattress the whole night. Could use a much thicker mattress topper rather than just a mattress protector.
