    Tranquilidad, desayuno bastante completo y bueno, facilidad para el check-in.

    Las almohadas demasiado blandas, y la calefacción no parecía que calentara mucho.

    Well situated, comfortable modern chain hotel

    The hotel is very conveniently placed for those, like us, who arrive in Bordeaux by train, being only a couple of hundred metres from the main station. It's not right in the centre of town but a reasonable and pleasant walk or a short, cheap tram ride away. The facilities are what you'd expect from Novotel; nothing posh but very comfortable with all the facilities you need. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
