Great venue, a bit further from the station than expected, but once there you have all you need.

I liked the friendly staff most, followed by the nice interior.

I didn't like being stuck on floor 1 with a view and associated noise of early morning deliveries. And did not like the lack of vegetarian meal options from the bistro.

The staff were all very friendly. The room was comfortable and modern.

There was a bit of black mould along the bottom of the shower wall. Very minor but.....Breakfast was served in another room, not where it is usually served in the restaurant area. The food and service was still top-notch, it just didn't have the same vibe.
