Happy to return 😊
The city central location made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. My wife is registered disabled and it was good to have the car park easily accessible.
There was no plugs near the bedside. It would be good to have USB charging points fitted near the bedside

Your staff redeemed you! I wouldn't stay if you value your sleep but fine for a stag/hen I suppose
The gym was great. The staff where amazing and super helpful. Especially the chap who organised a room switch (see what didn't go well), getting my room fixed (fuse went) and sorted breakfast when I have to head to the airport early. Rooms weren't bad, carpets certainly need a clean. Parking was good although expensive. Thank you to them for their excellent service.
There is no sound proofing and therefore I didn't sleep well in either room I was given. I could hear the traffic, people in the corridors, slamming of doors, drunk people banging into everything. The coffee was awful and so bitter both the machine, instant and filter. So this compounded the lack of sleep issue. I love the idea of the refillable water jugs but there either need to be more or bigger to save, alot of trips to the water filter station. I ended up taking the jug and my glasses with me to fill up. For the amount paid and for the centre of Bristol, I did expect alot more in the quality side, sound proofing etc. Its more a travel lodge standard (not a compliment) but with a Hilton price tag. Your staff are the only thing that saved this being a poor review and why it's kept at good.
