Great Stay
The room was exceptional for a solo traveller. Big fan of the open concept design. Comforting, classy and so comfortable. Air-conditioning was cool throughout the night (unlike many other hotels). Would love to stay for longer the next time.
Was not clear how to get the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and didn't get a response from the hotel when I asked

Bad experience
Position and access to metro and busses!
The fact that even if i was upgraded the rooms were really outdated not clean, bed was very hard ( like sleeping on a rock) bed sheets smelling ....in top of this in my son s room there was an used condom under the shower seat! ( which is unacceptable when you wait 40 mins for the room to be cleaned at the check in hour!

It is a good airport hotel, we used the shuttle and it’s so close to airport. Great place for a single night stop over as you can grab dinner in the mall.
We did see a couple to cockroaches in the room so cleanliness could have been improved
