    Siringa sotto il letto dei miei figli

    The position of the hotel

    Non ho mai fatto una recensione negativa ma questa non posso evitarla. Mio figlio di 7 anni mentre stava in camera ha trovato sotto il suo letto una siringa (oltre a sporcizia varia, come carte di caramelle). Per fortuna non si è fatto male. Abbiamo detto la cosa alla reception (e fatto vedere le foto) ma non è successo nulla da parte loro, se non farci trovare un ticket per un cocktail gratis (che non abbiamo usufruito). Ho fatto reclamo a booking che ha ascoltato, creduto e provveduto a sentire l’hotel anche se non ha comunque fatto nulla. Inoltre, eravamo in 4 e ogni giorno mettevano asciugamani per 2 anche se dicevamo questa cosa alla reception e lasciato biglietti in camera chiedendo di provvedere. Infine, è pure successo che il personale sia entrato senza bussare (anche questo detto alla reception). credo che tutto questo sia inaccettabike da un 4 stelle che paghi parecchio. Adesso mi aspetto una risposta da parte dell'hotel che magari smentisce tutto quello che scrivo ma non ho motivo di scrivere queste cose se non per informare chi andrà dopo di me. Noi di sicuro mai più
