Everything was great from beginning to end, except for the few negative points mentioned below. Prague is a very interesting city, and two days were not enough. I will definitely come back! Novotel is great for families with children, but for solo travellers, I would recommend Ibis, which seemed much quieter. Special thanks to the red-haired girl at the bar for the excellent cocktail and meal (octopus was good), and a big thank you to Zhantai at the reception, who was much more than just a frontdesk. He helped me plan the rest of my trip around Europe, showed me the best places in Prague, and recommended great cafés and restaurants.. This was my first Accor hotel where I felt like I had a personal concierge. The personal attention and genuine care were amazing. I also noticed that Zhatai treats other guests the same way. His energy and positive attitude really stand out, This kind of service makes a real difference!
