Please note that guests are required to show the same credit card used for the reservation at the check in. If guest cannot present that card, the prepayment will be canceled and a new payment method will be asked. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Please note that each room can accommodate just one pet with maximum weight of 10 kg and guests traveling with pets must present valid vaccination documents of the animal upon check in. Please note that the pets are not allowed at the restaurant or bar areas and can't stay unaccompanied in the rooms. A deposit may be required at the property.
