A beautiful hotel in an excellent location right at Darling Harbour, within walking distance of Sydney’s major attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Sydney. Highly recommended!

Great location, so close to so much! Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Staff were lovely. Lifts take a while to get up/down so just be mindful of those if you are in a rush!
Wasn’t too impressed with the food options available. For instance, the room service menu was a bit odd (didn’t have a just a plain beef burger). Also, the hash browns at breakfast were TERRIBLE. They were overcooked, and didn’t have any potato in them. The restaurant was lovely though, I think it just perhaps needs to be a bit bigger with more options.
