Comfy and convenient, however it is not clean and not well maintained
Good convenient location for events, beds are quite comfy.
Shower floor is not elevated properly so water leaks through the rest of the bathroom. Stains all over the carpet. Filthy air conditioner vents which are terrible for asthmatics. Doors hinges and door handles coming loose, could be a risk to get stuck in the bathroom. My partner and I stay with Novotel quite often and always bring these issues of poor cleaning and maintenance but still no better unfortunately.

The room was clean bed was extremely comfortable nice hot shower clean linen. My husband did lay on the bed before I took this photo 🤣🤣
Cleaners needed to refill the amenities in the bathroom there was shampoo and conditioner but no shower gel as a cleaner in the hotel industry myself these little things go a long way in ensuring the guests have a wonderful stay and more then 2 towels need to be given as alot of females will use 2 one for their hair one for their body
