    Good hotel. Nice central location. High quality staff. Pleasant and kind. They do what they can to take care of you.

    Great location and the staff provided exceptional customer service and even accommodated me with opening breakfast early and gave me a sandwich on top of that all so I could get to my taxi by 0730 to leave for airport. They also arranged the taxi for me and secured a reasonable rate. The property is secure. The front door requires a code at night. Complimentary tea and coffee in lobby as well as bar

    The front door code panel was finicky. I got it to work but it took a couple tries. I didn’t love how close the hotel window was to the ground. Made me worry someone could hop up and break in.

    A lovely place in a great location with an excellent staff

    Nowy Efendi is located in walking distance to shops cafés the blue Mosque, Agia Sofia and the grand bazaar. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms are lovely. The breakfast is great, and the staff at breakfast are very friendly as well. It’s the third time we stay there and we will stay there again the next time we go to Istanbul~
